For a long time, I was unconscious to how stressed and unhappy I had become. I was putting on a good face and no one could have guessed how low my self-esteem was.

My mind and body felt heavy and I was eating excessively with no self-control.  I tried some extreme diets to gain some freedom, but they didn’t help.

My life was forever changed when I was physically attacked while travelling in Italy in 2005.  I was at a breaking point, I felt so awful and I just didn’t want to look physically appealing anymore anymore, so I ate, and ate.

After years of avoiding trauma from my past, I knew I could no longer punish myself out of agony. I didn’t know what to do from there – only that something had to be done.

I spent the next six years learning every kind of healing method that intrigued me. I began with bodywork and nutrition. I researched and experimented with every popular and unpopular diet approach I could find.

I’ve also trained in Hypnotherapy, Clarity Breathwork, Yoga, Emotional Freedom Techniques and earned a Master’s degree in Holistic Wellness.

The desire to feel sexy flowed naturally back into my body. My power and confidence not only returned, but found new levels and soared.
